Chakra Alchemy SessionsSessions are held on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30 PM in My Sacred Space.
These sessions are transformative journey designed to balance and heal each of the seven chakras through a unique blend of Reiki energy healing, somatic movement, yoga, and sound therapy. Each 2-hour session offers a holistic approach to deepening your self-awareness and fostering spiritual, physical, and emotional healing. Open to all, you can join any or all sessions as your intuition guides you.

Focus: Sharpen intuition, enhance inner vision, and connect with your higher self.
Activities:
Reiki energy is directed at the center of the forehead to clear mental fog and enhance intuitive abilities. This session aims to deepen inner vision and spiritual insight.
Gentle, mindful movements and breathwork that stimulate the forehead and encourage mental clarity. Movements will be slow and intentional to support inner reflection. Poses like Forward Fold, Child's Pose, and any that stimulate the forehead area. These poses are designed to promote mental clarity and enhance intuitive abilities.
High-frequency tones from instruments like crystal bowls or bells resonate with the Third Eye Chakra, facilitating expanded consciousness and heightened intuition.
