Third Annual Runnin' with the Knights benefitting the Mulliganeers

The St. Francis of Assisi Knights of Columbus invite our community to race in the first annual Runnin' with the Knights. This fun run has a truly unique distance that supports the participation of runners of all ages and abilities.

Registration is limited to the first 300 participants so buy your entry now!

All paid participants are guaranteed to receive the following items:

An opportunity to run our unique course distance of 26.2 yards, approximately 78 feet.

22oz domestic beer upon completion of the race (with proper ID)

Hotdog upon completion of the race

Satisfaction knowing you are helping to raise money for a great cause!

In addition to the above, all paid participants who register on or before August 30th are guaranteed to receive the following items included with their race package:

Commemorative T-Shirt

Commemorative 22oz Beer Stein

When purchasing a race entry, please select the size t-shirt you would like to receive. If multiple t-shirts are selected for a single race entry, it will be at the discretion of the event organizers to choose which t-shirt the entrant receives.

After the race, everyone is invited to sit back and enjoy the live music and entertainment. If you are feeling lucky, we will have a Split the Pot and Strip Cards for sale.

The event will take place with in the parking lot of Lone Pine Plaza, home of Paddy B's, located approximately at the intersection of 143rd St & Will-Cook Rd in Orland Park. Parking for the event will be in the immediate parking area along with surrounding public parking. Please do not park in any private residential parking spaces.

Saturday, October 19th at 11am - 4pm. Registration begins at 10:30am. Participants and spectators are welcome to continue to celebrate completion of the race after 3pm moving inside Paddy B's.

The event is rain or shine. No rain out date.

The St. Francis of Assisi Knights of Columbus Council #16369 has partnered with a local community organization, the Mulliganeers. The Mulliganeers was formed several years ago by a group of longtime friends who would hear different tragic stories involving children. Although many times they would individually offer financial assistance to the family in need, they knew that collectively they could accomplish so much more. Thus, Mulliganeers was formed. The Board of Directors and Committee Members of Mulliganeers are all volunteers. Most services are donated (as are most of the products and prizes) and due to generous contributions, Mulliganeers is able to keep their costs to the bare minimum. These professional men and women are willing to donate their time, talents and connections to this worthy cause. They are grateful for the many generous contributions made to Mulliganeers and recognize that collectively we all have been able to help children and their families in their time of need.
