The Thinning of the Veil refers to a belief that certain times or periods create a more porous boundary between the physical world and the spiritual realm. During these moments, communication with spirits is thought to be easier. In many cultures, the connection and gratitude of our ancestors is celebrated and revered this time of year as it is said that the veils are thin around All Hallows Eve.
During this sound bath experience, we’ll dive deep into a guided meditation calling in protection and tapping into the spiritual realm where you can connect with those in spirit or even just connect with your higher self and any guidance it may bring. Letting the sound vibrations carry you away into a liminal space where the physical and spiritual planes are blended to give you an opportunity to dive deeper into the multi-dimensional beingness of who you are.

With over a decade of immersion in Herbalism, Nutrition, Astrology and energetic wellness, Hannah's expertise has been cultivated through collaborations with esteemed herbalists, astrologers and energetic practitioners. Hannah is a Reiki Master and offers a rich tapestry of knowledge and experience. Through coaching, classes, energetic balancing, and the formulation of herbal remedies, she has honed her skills and wisdom to educate and empower individuals on their unique integrative journeys.
Kelsey Elledge of Soulfully_Sound is a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, sound healing facilitator and certified kundalini yoga instructor. She’s been facilitating sound baths for the general public since 2022 and is incredibly passionate about sharing curated sound experiences as a way to go inward. Sound has been instrumental in her own inner journey of unraveling and reigniting the sacred light within.
