On 12 November 2025 ThinkWine will launch its Kitchen Takeover series with a one-night-only collaboration with O’rm a newly-opened Sheung Wan spot known for its contemporary Korean cuisine. The event invites Hong Kong’s compelling culinary voices to create exclusive small plates paired with ThinkWine’s handpicked wines in an intimate convivial setting that prioritises flavour over formality.
The O’rm team will present a curated sequence of small plates with highlights including the Bang Eo Tartare (konbu-aged hamachi in a crisp shell) and the elevated Kimbugak (house-made seaweed crisps with kimchi salsa). Heavier dishes like the LA Korean Town with double-cut galbi contrast with the playful CF Slider cauliflower burger and diners are also treated to luxurious Bibimyeon featuring buckwheat noodles black truffle and caviar.
Guests can also opt for a curated tasting set of any four dishes for a complete experience.
