Ken Dorward joined vcfo as the Austin market's Managing Director to lend 25 years of experience building teams and profitability for startups and publicly-traded multinationals alike. Data-driven and action-oriented, he favors bold business strategies. He excels in building the sophisticated systems and processes to bring clarity to an enterprise’s finances and operations. Ken has worn many hats in his career, including CEO, COO, CFO, and Chief Growth Officer. He seeks to help grow and build organizations, nurture executives, and enable easier collaboration amidst complexity.

Ken is often called on to apply his experience in sports, media, digital advertising, and technology to reach new markets. He knows how to tell a story and get stakeholders invested whether they are sophisticated investors or newly-acquired leadership teams. In fact, while leading the creation of a new media startup, he was credited as a producer on an Emmy-nominated TV series.

JC has over 20 years of wealth management and private banking experience. Providing innovative, top tier services and solutions to high-net-worth clientele is JC’s main priority. Prior to joining Broadway Bank, he worked at several major financial institutions where he serviced high-net-worth clients living in Latin America and the United States.

JC graduated with a Business Administration Degree and achieved a master’s in marketing from the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela. JC holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation from the Exit Planning Institute.

Terese is a finance professional with proven success in investment banking and private equity. She has extensive knowledge in real estate investing and distressed debt, and specializes in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, real estate, and debt.

Veronica Nunn represents companies and private equity sponsors in liquidity events and other complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, reorganizations and equity financings. She also advises companies on general corporate matters. She is well-regarded for her practicality and market knowledge in M&A.

Veronica has extensive experience advising clients in both the energy and technology sectors, and has worked with clients in a variety of other industries including sports, retail, media, life-sciences, education and business services. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Veronica worked as a consultant and coder for a financial technology company and currently serves on the advisory board of a data-driven start-up.
