The Cedar Breathwork and Soundbath is an immersive, intentional experience that helps you connect deeply with yourself. This event begins with a brief meditation leading you into a guided breathwork session set to a curated playlist, meant to help you move your energy. After breathwork there is a period of integration where some people experience deep rest. This is where the magic happens. Allow yourself to let go of stress, release tension, and access deep states of relaxation and inner contentment.
Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to calm the nervous system, release stored emotions, and create space for clarity and self-connection. By consciously shifting how you breathe, you activate your body's innate ability to regulate stress, restore balance, and access deep healing.
Breathwork is a way to care for yourself—not by doing more, but by surrendering to the simplicity of your own breath. It’s a practice of receiving, of allowing, and of returning home to yourself. It’s an opportunity to drop beneath the surface of daily overwhelm and reconnect with your essence. This session will encourage you to connect with your inner child, supporting self-compassion, reconnecting with your passions, and developing deeper self awareness. We will use breath as the bridge between mind, body, and energy. We’re working to recalibrate stored emotions that keep you from experiencing who you truly are.
