The You & the Earth class teaches you how to stop creating stress in your life and start receiving healing from the earth. You will learn countless techniques using water, the trees, the Schumann waves, your heartbeat, and Creator to support you in growth and expansion.
In this 2 day class, you will learn how to:

- Be in your body and feel connected to the earth.
- Get out of survival mode and make decisions from a calm place.
