Pizza, snacks, water and desserts provided. Any soda or other drinks can be bought from the bar. We have the back room reserved to make posters for Theresa’s Tribe. These posters can be held and displayed on Road Race day (3/21). Poster making materials will be provided.
You are free to make your own poster outside of this event of course, but we have had a few people express that they will hold a sign but prefer to not make one. This is to get a group together to get the posters made to either hold yourself or distribute to others. The more the merrier but please RSVP if possible so we have a head count.
If you want a poster to hold, please let me know. I want to make sure we make enough with some to spare.
I also plan to have the t-shirts available by this date, so this will also serve as one of the offered pickups for those who did not want theirs delivered.
Lastly, even if you don’t want to make posters we could use help with putting the food out, handing out T-shirts or just cutting up materials.
If you have any poster making materials hanging around, I would love to take them off your hands for this event.
