“I Don’t Have Time”, “Not Now”, “There Will Be Time, Once I…” - those might be some things we tell ourselves when it comes not only to creativity and expression, but different kinds of needs, wants, and dreams in our lives. Putting off for “a more convenient time”.Join us for a full-day exploration of this kind of belief through expressive arts, mindfulness, self-reflection, and embodiment processes. It is not an art therapy, but rather an artistic exploration of our connection to the time, choices, and needs behind them, which we will hold with curiosity and compassion.
The workshop will be led by Kris Filipiuk and Vania Kursumova.
Vania considers herself as one walking the Path ot the Artist though the materials she works with are intra- interpersonal relationships and life itself. Her background in psychology, philology and years of experience in working with children and recently with adults motivated her to continue exploring, learning and sharing.. She is also a passionate follower and practitioner of Nonviolent Communication.
Kris is a creativity and organizational coach, exploring expressive arts as a way for fostering deeper connection with self and others. Combines the background in non-formal education, NGO work, business trainings, with the experience in corporate and startup world. Active in the art community in the sphere of music (Emberlane, Tefteny, maudition).
