Start the holiday season started off right with the bright lights and the festive atmosphere of the Oklahoma City Zoo's Safari Lights!
Since 1992 the Oklahoma City Zoo has celebrated the season with the wonder of larger-than-life illuminated displays strategically placed to highlight the precious wildlife that calls our zoo home.
Join us for a tour of the newly renovated Love's Pachyderm Building and its unique event space.
Then you and a guest will receive two walk-thru tickets for Safari Lights! Additional tickets can be purchased at the ticket window.
Give back to the Zoo
For years, OKC hotels have provided the Zoo with gently used sheets, towels and pillow cases to enrich the wildlife in the Zoo's care
- Chimpanzees and orangutans use towels for warmth and in building sleeping nests each night.
- The OKC Zoo veterinarian team uses towels for cleaning up after surgery and exams.
- Caretakers for lions, tigers and fishing cats will fill pillow cases with new scents and treats!
