Katie moved home to Orlando in April 2011 put in tireless efforts showing support and love to multiple nights being hosted across Orlando. In April of 2012 she started hosting SceneOrlando LIVE. A monthly show at Bikurri Sushi Lounge featuring every genre of electronic music as well as local talent. She started her radio show Halcyon Radio in 2015 on WPRK 91.5fm in Winter Park/Orlando.
K8 relocated to Michigan in 2017 & has been making waves in the mid-west drum & bass scene ever since. In 2018, she returned to her radio hosting duties to push the drum & bass sounds to the masses.
