This small, closed therapy group offers a supportive space to explore self-worth, quiet the inner critic, and reconnect with who you are beneath the expectations and roles you carry.
There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
❤️ Quieter voices and those who prefer to take their time are very welcome.
Led by two registered therapists, we’ll meet each week at Elizabeth House to build trust, share experiences, and grow at a steady pace that feels right for you.
🌱 What Makes This Group Different
This is not about worksheets or quick fixes. We focus on empathy over instruction, meeting you where you are each week.
The group is closed, with the same ten participants journeying together, creating safety and trust over time.
It offers the depth of therapy and the power of shared experience at a more accessible cost than one to one sessions.
Each 90-minute session includes:
✨ A gentle grounding and check-in.
✨ Time for reflection, sharing, and insight.
✨ A mindful close to help you leave feeling centred.
📍 Elizabeth House, Walmer.
📅 6 weekly sessions.
➡️ Starting Thursday 6th November 2025.
🕐 Thursday 7-8:30pm.
💰 £25 per session, £150 block payment.
👥 Ten participants only
