Therapy Group for Counsellors – Banbury/Oxfordshire As counsellors, we often witness the inner worlds of others… yet the subtle threads of our own experiences can remain unspoken.
To support this, I’ll be running a small, in-person therapy group for counsellors in the Banbury area from mid-January / early February. This is a confidential, intimate space for reflection, relational insight, and shared understanding.
Who it’s for:
Counsellors wanting a space to process and reflect on how personal patterns show up in professional work
Those seeking connection with colleagues who truly “get it” beyond surface interactions
Anyone curious to explore relational dynamics, transference, countertransference, and deepen self-awareness
Group Details:
When: Tuesday mornings (10:00–11:30) or Thursday evenings (18:00–19:30)
Where: Banbury (exact location shared privately)
Size: 5–6 participants (small & intimate)
Frequency: Weekly sessions with breaks during half-term and holidays
Format: Experiential, relational, and reflective work
What this group offers:
A confidential space to explore personal and professional patterns
Peer insight through relational mirrors
Shared reflection, containment, and mutual support
Opportunities to notice countertransference, relational dynamics, and unconscious patterns in your work and life
Interested?
If you’re a counsellor in the Banbury area and this resonates, message me privately for more details and to discuss which session time would suit you best.
