Therapists Connect: Recharge and Relate

Join us for our bi-monthly gathering for clinical therapists at Mind Garden, where we come together to slow down, connect, and nurture ourselves through a simple, meaningful self-care practice, followed by relaxed networking with light refreshments.

Each gathering offers a different theme or experience related to self-care. This month, we’ll slow down with tea - steeping mindfulness into each movement, each breath, and each shared cup.
