We focus on slowing down your brain waves so that you can turn off your nervous system and fully recharge your internal battery. We give you a reference point to connect to the deep vibrant silence within. When you emerge from this vibrational integration, you feel replenished, restored, and deeply connected to yourself and the silence within. We give you tools to tap back into the silence within and begin a journey with learning to self regulate.

Arrive between 6:30 and 6:50 to allow for time to park and get settled in before we begin at 7:00.
