FREE Therapeutic Yoga for Stress Relief at the VB Strong Center!

Hosted by Lydia Talley, a therapeutic yoga instructor and holistic health coach.

Explore new ways to relieve tension in parts of your body that are often used daily for long periods. Physical activity is also beneficial to improving mental health and reducing symptoms related to trauma.

This therapeutic yoga class will help enhance your pain management techniques to improve mind, body, emotions, and more. The benefits of therapeutic yoga are more than just physical – they increase mental clarity and help individuals remain rooted in the present. This is incredibly beneficial for people battling traumatic experiences, and for anyone looking to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.

Sign up for this class to engage in basic yoga poses with a gentle approach. This is a great starter class for beginners.

***This class requires the following materials: athletic wear, sneakers, and a yoga mat (VBSC do have mats available).
