Kat Wheatley is offering this service free of charge, but welcomes donations.
No advance registration needed.
Everyone is welcome.
Participants can attend as often as they like.
Kat is a Yoga Professional with over 10 years teaching experience, and in excess of 500 hours of training. She is registered as a Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance. She is currently enrolled in an 800 hour Yoga Therapy program and offers private one-on-one Therapeutic Yoga sessions for Health & Wellness at Key Largo Yoga.
