About this Event

At Therapeutic Sounds, we believe in the power of sound, creativity, and therapy to foster inner growth and motivation. Join us for an immersive sound bath and psychotherapy group session focused on crafting your own motivational inspiration board! Be immersed in healing vibrations of sound as you explore your inner landscape and unleash your creativity.

Led by Licensed Psychotherapist, Author, and Coach Mastaneh (Masti) Lashkari and Reiki Master and Sound Healer Grace Gangitano, this transformative experience will guide you through a journey of self-exploration, reflection, and empowerment. Discover the power of intention-setting, visualization, and manifestation as you create a tangible representation of your dreams and goals.

"Cosmic Journey" workshops are a holistic approach to healing and self-discovery, integrating Psychotherapy techniques with Sound Bath therapy to facilitate alignment of the mind, body, and soul. These workshops are designed to create a transformative experience by addressing various themes that are crucial for personal growth and healing.

The integration of integrative Psychotherapy Techniques means that participants engage in therapeutic processes that incorporate elements from different psychological theories and modalities. This may include cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, experiential exercises, and psychodynamic appaches, among others. These techniques are chosen and adapted based on their effectiveness in promoting self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal insight.

Sound Bath Therapy is another integral component of the Cosmic Journey workshops. Sound Baths involve the use of sound frequencies and vibrations, typically produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, to induce a state of deep relaxation and promote healing. The vibrations produced by these instruments are believed to have a harmonizing effect on the body and mind, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and facilitate energetic balance.

Each workshop is centered around a specific theme, such as motivation, letting go, inner child work, resistance, moving on, and so on. By focusing on these themes, participants are guided through a structured exploration of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors related to the chosen topic. Through a combination of Psychotherapeutic Techniques and Sound Bath experiences, participants are invited to delve deeper into their inner world, gain insight into underlying patterns and beliefs, and cultivate greater self-awareness and self-compassion.

The overarching goal of Cosmic Journey Workshops is to provide you with a supportive and nurturing environment where you can engage in profound self-exploration and healing. By integrating integrative Psychotherapy Techniques with Sound Bath Therapy, these workshops offer a unique and holistic approach to personal growth and transformation, ultimately supporting you in aligning you mind, body, and soul for greater well-being and fulfillment.
