We cordially invite you to join with us for a Therapeutic Movement and Forest Bathing Walk session to slow down and connect with your body and mind in a mindful way ?♀️??During our Therapeutic Movement and Forest Bathing Walk, You will experience slow sensory walk in the nature trail and combination of movement therapy activities, nature sensory and creative activities to activate your senses and focus on being in the moment. These activities will elevate your body and mind consciousness and relationship with nature.
?The estimated group limit is between 6-12 people
?Date is on 04th of May at 11:00-13:00 (2hrs )
?Language: English and Estonian

?The event is for adults, no prior experience required.

Hosts: Kristina-Maria Heinsalu (Movement therapist and choreographer, Masters of Art in University of Tallinn) & Saumya Rathnayake ( Nature wellbeing practitioner, Masters of wellness service design and management in University of Tartu)

?Session concludes with a tea ceremony & discussion
