In this workshop, I am taking you on a journey of self exploration.
The workshop consists of 4 Journaling sessions, each will discuss a different topic thatโll help you get closer to becoming the real you
You donโt need any previous experience with journaling to attend this workshop, all you need with you is a notebook and a good pen.
My goal with my workshops is to help you get started on a journey of self exploration and realization.

The first thing you do when you are learning something is unlearning everything you know about yourself.
All the unchecked values and beliefs, everything thatโs burdening you and you never looked at why you are carrying that burden before
Our first session is about letting go of the habits, values, and beliefs that are weighing you down.
๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:
The second session is a self evaluation session, in this session weโll explore the emotions and thoughts you have towards yourself, your work, your habits, your family, friends, and loved ones.
The purpose of this session is to help you look at your life and see where you stand and how you feel about it. A total assessment.
๐ง๐ต๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:
This session is about creating the life you want, and the first step towards this is being able to describe it, and thatโs our focus in this session helping you find out what your perfect day looks like, the habits you have, the work you do, the people surrounding you, and everything in between.
This session should give you a solid glimpse into the life you want, thus giving you a blueprint of things you can do to get closer and closer to making it your reality.

Our fourth and last session in this workshop is all about love.
I believe the motivator of change is love, loving yourself enough to believe you deserve better, loving yourself enough to not give up and try your best to become the person you want to become, loving yourself enough to start building the life you deserve to live in, loving yourself enough to seek help when you need to and loving yourself enough to be able to stand up for yourself and set your boundaries.
This session is about writing a letter to your future self, the person you yearn to become!
A Bit About Me
I am Nour Eissa, 27 years old, Senior Copywriter. I discovered journaling when I was 13 and it helped me understand my emotions and thoughts and those of the ones around me. As an adult journaling is immensely helping me on my journey of healing and becoming my True Self.
By mid 2023, I started to yearn for teaching others journaling so that it may help them too on their journeys and in 2024, I started giving workshops, making people friends with the pen and paper, hence realizing that dream of mine.
