Join us for a winter fairytale in Oslo! ❄️
Imagine a snowy forest where every breath of crisp winter air brings clarity and energy; where movement fills your body with warmth and strength; where peaceful winter landscapes quiet the mind and fill the heart with joy.
We invite you to a therapeutic 5-day winter retreat that combines snowy nature, physical activity, somatic practices, mindfulness sessions, warm saunas, and cozy evenings in good company.
This experience is for you if you want to:
• recharge and restore your energy, prevent burnouts
• slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature
• gain tools to support both your body and nervous system
• spend time with warm, like-minded people
• enjoy a Scandinavian winter with everything organized for you
• simply go cross-country skiing in a friendly, supportive atmosphere
In the charming winter park of Tryvann, we’ll explore beautiful cross-country ski trails. Equipment can be rented on-site. This retreat is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have skied before but want to refresh their skills. We’ll support everyone. You will learn both the technical basics of skiing and body awareness techniques, making your movement more relaxed, efficient, and enjoyable.
Along the route, there is a cozy wooden cabin, where we’ll warm up, share snacks, drink something hot, and connect with the group.
Throughout the day, we’ll pause for mindfulness practices and quiet moments to take in the winter scenery.
On several evenings, we’ll visit an ultramodern sauna right on the Oslofjord shoreline — a magical place where you can sit in gentle warmth and look out at the winter night over the fjord.
If you’re longing to experience the beauty of a Norwegian winter, move your body with care, and restore your mind and spirit — this retreat is for you.

At TRAIL TO THRIVING, we believe that connecting with nature is key to improving quality of life. That’s why we offer therapeutic hiking workshops that combine the healing power of nature with effective body-mind therapeutic techniques. Our methods activate the sensory system through physical exercises and guided meditations, increasing body awareness and shifting attention from thoughts to bodily sensations. This allows the brain to use less energy, giving the body’s systems a chance to recover.
Nature further enhances this process by stimulating all five senses with its diverse sounds, scents, sights, and textures. Scientifically proven to calm, balance, and harmonize, nature is a powerful ally in reducing stress and anxiety. We’re excited to introduce you to a world of health and harmony with nature.
