Prepare for the most enlightening theater course of your life! Teacher Marcela Variani will teach you how to understand yourself better through interaction with others, and transforming the classroom space into a rehearsal and laboratory for unexpected life situations. Through theater exercises, you will learn to become aware of the relationship between time, space and presence. How do you put yourself at the center of the stage, which is ”your life”? How do you find the courage to act in the face of the unknown? This course will use mindfulness tools, active meditation, improvisation exercises, biodanza, mimesis and more.
