– INTRO –Theming & Energetic Alignment is an immersive module for yoga teachers who want to move beyond surface-level inspiration and learn how to design classes that truly resonate, where every word, movement, and moment is connected by energetic intention.
A theme isn’t just a beautiful idea or a poetic quote it’s the heartbeat of a class. When woven skillfully, it becomes a thread that guides your students’ awareness from the physical to the subtle, from effort to embodiment.
- CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM –
In this training, we’ll explore how to anchor your teaching in purpose, transforming your classes into experiences of depth and coherence. Through reflection, energetic mapping, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to align your themes with the subtle body, the chakras, and the natural flow of energy in asana families.
This is where philosophy meets physiology and where your teaching begins to touch something far deeper than words.
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN –
• The essence of a theme: what makes a theme meaningful, and why some fall flat.
• The seat of the teacher: how to draw inspiration from practice and life, not performance.
• Energetic mapping: connecting themes to chakras, asana families, and emotional qualities.
• From theme to sequence: how to translate abstract ideas into embodied experience.
• The language of energy: using cues as vehicles of intention and awareness.
• Integration: weaving your theme through the entire class arc from the opening breath to the silent landing of Savasana.
- KEY TAKE AWAY –
• A clear and repeatable process for creating themes that feel authentic and alive.
• The ability to translate philosophical concepts into physical, emotional, and energetic experience.
• Practical templates to map your theme through chakras, asana families, and cues.
• Tools to refine your language so that your words transmit energy, not just information.
• Confidence to teach from purpose and intuition, even on the days when inspiration feels distant.
• A deeper trust in your own voice as both a guide and a mirror for your students’ inner journey.
