Armizare is the art of armed combat according to 15th century Italian fencing master Fiore dei Liberi. It's a broad system that includes wrestling, dagger, spears and pole-axes. This beginners course will focus on the basics of longsword exclusively, and getting you up to speed for regular training and fencing with us. Where: Tampere Ratinan Stadion, Sali 1.
When: Tuesdays 19:00-21:00, from 24.09 to 29.10 (6 weeks)
Cost: 100 euros, paid after the first lesson. This also covers the club's season fee to continue with the regular training group after the beginners course.
Payment methods: bank transfer or ePassi.
Wear normal workout clothes including indoor shoes. Bring along some kind of gloves, such as gardening or work gloves. Other necessary equipment including swords and fencing masks will be provided.
