TheChronicallyIllest's 2nd Annual Sicker Than Your Average Picnic

Join us to celebrate our 2nd anniversary with a day of fun, food, and friendship at Ronald Reagan Park in Anaheim,CA for our 2nd Annual Sicker Than Your Average Picnic!

We're bringing together the chronically ill community for a day of fun and connection. Whether you're battling T1D, another chronic illness, or supporting someone who is, this picnic is for you. Let's celebrate our strength and resilience together!

We will provide: a picnic shelter with tables, snacks and refreshments, activities, fun photo-ops and goodie bags (while supplies last, first-come, first-served)! We have a spot close to the playground and bathrooms, kids of ALL AGES are welcome to attend.

You may bring: extra snacks/food, your own picnic blanket and lawn chairs (if you wish), your friends, family, and/or dogs are all welcome. If you have extra diabetes supplies, please bring them to swap with others or to donate (we will find them homes!)

This event is FREE and you do not need to bring anything to attend. We ask that you RSVP for all people in your party so we know how many to expect!

This event is a STIGMA-free space. We invite ALL diabetics as well as anyone in the chronic illness community to be accepted and celebrated. We do not tolerate any stigma (even from our own community). Remember- we have more in common than what differentiates us and we are STRONGER together.
