The BCA Performance Group’s production of Noel Coward’s Hay Fever features 10 BCA amateur thespians who have been practising for months to entertain and captivate an audience of family, friends and theatre lovers. The cast includes numerous teachers of English and is an enthusiastic and multi-generational group. It is directed by BCA member, Karen Rives. “Hay Fever is a cross between high farce and a comedy of manners: the play is set in an English country house in the 1920’s and deals with the four eccentric members of the Bliss family and their outlandish behaviour when they each invite a guest to spend the weekend.” (Wikipedia)
