The « Holy Land » trail : Kfarnabrakh - Zanbakieh-Al Fouwara with LATDear hikers,
🗓️Join us on Saturday 15th of March for a wonderful new trail : the «Holy Land» Kfarnabrakh at Chouf district.
The origin of the name goes back to the Syriac language and means the « blessed land » due to its agricultural richness.
Kfarnabrakh rises 1,150 meters above sea level. It is one of the mountain villages in the Chouf district. Kfarnabrakh is characterized by the beauty of its nature and the mild weather. It overlooks green valleys surrounded by wild trees such as oaks, pine, oaks, and other fruit trees such as olives, apples, figs, and grape vines.
🎬We will start our hike from Kfarnabrakh « Al Zanbakieh » village between oak Forest trees where we can see beautiful sceneries of the mountains surrounding us then we will continue to "Al fawara" passing beside the house of the poet Rachid Nakhleh and the author of the Lebanese national song. We will end our Hike at Zanbakieh village.
🏯After the hike we will visit Al Hamadeh Serail.

Effective hiking time: 3.5 / 4hrs
🚌Departure 8am Dbayeh Demerjian center before spinneys.
And 8:30am Burger King Furn El Chebbak Chevrolet Alfa store.
🕔-Estimated return time will be around 5:30pm
🚌-Bus is moving from Amchit

* We can pick up hikers living on our way.
