Join Majesta Thorndike of The Flow Co at Odyssey Bottle Shop for The Yoga Social Series, at 12pm for a 50ish minute yoga flow! Bring a yoga mat, a towel and anything else you need to be comfy! We welcome all levels of yoga experience to this class! We'll flow & breathe then stay after to hang out and enjoy cold beverage specials and the delicious food from a local foodtruck! We CANNOT wait to flow with YOU!
This class is donation based!
