Breath is more than physiology—it is the expression of prana, the vital energy that animates and sustains us.

Pranayama combines prana (life force) with ayama (to lengthen or extend), pointing to the refined art of expanding and directing the breath with awareness.

In this three-hour workshop, we will study the philosophy and science of pranayama while engaging in direct practice. You’ll learn techniques to balance energy, steady the mind, and support overall well-being, as well as gain a deeper understanding of prana’s role within the broader framework of yoga.

Open to all levels of experience, this session offers both theoretical insight and practical tools to enrich your practice.
