Hey mama, join us for our first Mini Mum and Baby Yoga Retreat at The Yoga House, Dempsey.
Enjoy a 1 hour yoga class designed specifically for you and your little one, guided by experienced instructors in the serenity of (what we think is!) the most beautiful yoga studio in Singapore. Connect with your baby through gentle stretches, movements, and mindfulness exercises, fostering a deeper bond and sense of well-being.
Following the yoga session, unwind and connect with other mums over a few light healthy bites and drinks.
