We have not offered this training since 2019 and it's LONG overdue! Please join us!The Yoga of Compassion is an in-depth 670-hour advanced yoga teacher training program designed for dedicated yoga teachers seeking to elevate their teaching and personal practice to a professional level. This training provides a comprehensive exploration of anatomy, alignment, and the benefits of a wide range of classical yoga poses, ensuring that teachers gain a deep and precise understanding of the human body in motion.
Our highly sought-after faculty brings over 100+ years of collective experience, featuring master instructors such as MyLinda Morales, Bryan Kest, Joe Barnett, and more. This is a transformational journey that will provide you with the tools to teach with greater confidence, precision, and compassion.
At Yoga University, we are well known for our strong foundation in anatomy. A significant portion of our Advanced Teacher Training is dedicated to deepening anatomical understanding, ensuring that our trainees grasp complex concepts in clear and accessible terms. We emphasize practical application, bridging the gap between knowledge and experience so that our teachers can confidently guide students with anatomical awareness and intelligent sequencing.
Equally, we are recognized for our profound spiritual depth. Our training is not just about the mechanics of movement—it is also a transformative journey. We dedicate substantial time in our training modules to holding space for spiritual healing, personal growth, and deep introspection. Through guided practices, discussions, and study, we support our trainees in exploring yoga’s rich spiritual traditions, integrating these teachings into both their personal lives and their roles as yoga instructors.
