About this Event
The Yoga of Buddha Heruka: The union of sutra and tantra
Saturday, Decmber 6 - 10:00am to 12:30pm
By relying on the meditation practice of Buddha Heruka, we can swiftly experience a deep, selfless joy and bring lasting happiness to both ourselves and others. This powerful Highest Yoga Tantra practice enables us to overcome ordinary appearances and conceptions and realize our pure potential.
In this special event, Gen Khedrub will share practical instructions on the Heruka body mandala, and guide meditations on both the generation stage and completion stage. These teachings will help clarify and deepen our understanding of the profound practices of Heruka and Vajrayogini, allowing us to engage more confidently and joyfully in our daily meditation.
This event is open to:
- Those who have already received a Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment, or the November 22 empowerment of Je Tsongkhapa
- Those who have a sincere interest in these transformative meditations and a strong intention to receive such a HYT empowerment in the near future
Whether you're looking to strengthen your current practice or prepare for future engagement with Highest Yoga Tantra, this event offers a rare and meaningful opportunity to explore the joyful path of Buddha Heruka.
