Class Types and Schedule
I. Yoga Flow
A well-rounded practice blending Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa elements. Each class offers a mix of postures and sequences that focus on flexibility, strength, and relaxation, catering to both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Schedule for Yoga Flow:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6 - 7 PM | 7 - 8 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 7 - 8 PM
Saturday: 9 - 10 AM

II. Breathwork & Meditation
Dedicated sessions focusing on pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and deepen inner peace. Perfect for those looking to unwind and connect with their breath, it offers a gentle reset to the mind and body.

Tuesday and Thursday: 6 - 7 PM
These sessions focus on:
Stress Reduction: Controlled breathing techniques to calm the nervous system.
Mindfulness Development: Meditative practices that encourage mental clarity and focus.
Inner Peace: Moments of stillness to foster balance and self-awareness.
