Five years already — how did that happen?!Join me for a free community Yin class to celebrate The Yin Side turning 5!
An afternoon of slowing down, connection, and gratitude — with a few treats (I'm attempting to bake a cake, keep everything crossed!) and giveaways as my way of saying thank you for five beautiful years of community, calm, and laughter (and more than the occasional snore).
🕒 When: Sunday 23 November, 3 pm
📍 Where: The Yin Side – Studio 39, Paihia
💛 Cost: Free — but bookings are essential (limited mats available)
Expect a heart-led Yin practice themed around gratitude + connection as we soak up the spring energy together. After class, stick around for snacks, giveaways, and good company.
There’ll also be a special online giveaway running that week for anyone who can’t make it in person — a little thank-you for five years of support and stillness.
Whether you’ve been coming since day one or you’re brand new to Yin, I’d love for you to join.
