This workshop fosters self-discovery, self-expression, and healing. In addition, young adults will learn and grow together on a transformative journey of well-being and deep connection to themselves.
This program empowers young adults (19 - 24 years old) through a series of interconnected wellness activities, including:
- Expressive art
- Nature-based mindfulness
- Creative and reflective group activities

- Date: Tuesdays(starting July 2).
- Time: 2:00 - 3:30 PM.
- Number of sessions: 4 sessions over 4 weeks (July 2, 9, 16, 23).
