WHAT TO BRING
- Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on. Maybe a small pillow or cushion.
- Blanket and socks are recommended, especially if you tend to feel cold. This will help keep you cosy and relaxed throughout the session.
- Wear clothing that is comfortable and allows for easy movement. You’ll want to feel unrestricted as you explore different techniques.
- Journal for reflection. It’s great to jot down any insights, revelations, or moments of clarity that may arise during the workshop.
By bringing these items, you’ll be well-prepared to dive into the transformative experience.
PREPARATION:
- Have an empty stomach and avoid coffee or other stimulants on the day of the event. Have a light snack 2 hours before if needed.
- Be alcohol and substance-free as this work will produce emotional releases and non-ordinary states of consciousness and awareness.
- Come with an open mind and allow the magic of Breathwork and the power of universal prana to work their wonders.
