Braun Professor of American Jewish History at Brandeis University and Chief Historian of the Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History.
Also being honored with the Community Preservation Award is Chelsea, MA native Carol Clingan, head of research projects for the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Boston.
