About this Event
Writing down our thoughts can be a powerful tool for coping as well as creating ideas. Using different writing prompts, we will explore opportunities for journaling to help express ourselves in a constructive way. The prompts will help introduce a fun way for attendees to share their thoughts and feelings in individual and group activities.
Get to Know the Facilitator:
Joseph Gaccione is a communications manager at Intermountain Health. His communications career includes writing and storytelling in healthcare, higher education, television news, and SEO marketing. In addition to his writing background, Joseph is experienced in video production; podcasting; social media campaigns; and media relations. Joseph graduated with a bachelor’s in communication from Florida State University. He currently lives with his family in Henderson.
