About this Event
This exhibition showcases the enchanting work of E. B. Goodale,
author, illustrator, and designer, alongside another talented
artist, bringing together vibrant storytelling and imaginative
illustrations. Goodale, a Massachusetts College of Art and
Design graduate, is known for her work with Smudge Ink
and Real Simple Magazine. Her journey into children’s books
began with Windows (2017), which earned an Ezra Jack Keats
Illustrator Honor, and she has since authored and illustrated
multiple books, including The Moon Remembers. Working from
Salem’s Gallows Hill Artist Studios, she brings her unique style
influenced by her letterpress background. Together, these
artists create a captivating exploration of the magical worlds
and timeless charm of children’s literature, inviting visitors of all
ages to experience the art and stories behind beloved books.
