The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson™ is a free promotional event designed to build awareness and generate local and national media attention about the vital importance of teaching kids to swim to help prevent drowning and improve quality of life. What’s exciting about the WLSL event is that so many organizations and individual aquatic facilities come together to make it happen.The 15th Anniversary 2024 World’s Largest Swimming Lesson™ will take place on Thursday, June 20th. Grapevine will be hosting ours at Pleasant Glade Pool. Let’s make a difference by working together this summer. After all, learning to swim and the exposure to water safety skills and messages that swimmings lesson offers provides a lifelong foundation for drowning prevention.
Come enjoy the fun of learning amazing water safety skills from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm at Pleasant Glade Pool, and then stay after for FREE so you can continue to practice what you learned.
