No prior knowledge is required. Simply the desire to understand your thinking around a painful event a painful relationship and the cause of suffering for you--and how to get out of it.
This one-day intensive is limited to 8 people and we meet in Lake Forest Park in a gorgeous and cozy meeting space people call the "treehouse" full of windows and comfort for your work.
You'll have the opportunity to choose a situation relationship circumstance you'd like to investigate to understand your internal stress and the meaning you're making of the situation and to inquire and to question that experience.
All held in a safe container of respect and trust.
You'll go home with insights into how to navigate and you'll feel differently or have a new perspective through the inquiry process called The Work of Byron Katie.
