Bring your soup/ stew between the hrs of 1030 am - 12 pm! Cost is $5 per entry with proceeds benefitting a local holiday Charity group (to be named soon).
Judging at 12:30 pm - with prizes for best Soup/ Stew given at 1 pm. Prize $50 cash for the winning entry and certificate for being the Best in Topeka!!!
