You are invited to The Woodlands Township Veterans Day Tribute featuring a presentation of colors, musical performances, remarks by local dignitaries, a Village troop donation challenge and more.
A Care Package Drop Off will be onsite throughout the event to accept donations of recommended items to be shipped to the troops. If you would like to participate in the Village Troop Donation Challenge, simply tell us which Village of The Woodlands you live in when dropping off your donations. The Village with the most donations, will be recognized with an award. Can't make it to the event?
Deliver your donations to The Woodlands Township Townhall located at 2801 Technology Forest Blvd. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. by Friday, November 15. Please be aware of scams and duplicate/fake events created by people not associated with The Woodlands Township. Recent scams include, but are not limited to, vendor opportunities from people pretending to be associated with the Township, live stream and other harmful links and people selling fake event tickets.
Always ensure that the event is “HOSTED BY” an official Township page before engaging with the event listing. These include The Woodlands Township, The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation, Texas TreeVentures, or Riva Row Boat House.
If you believe an event posting to be a duplicate/fake Township event, please report it by notifying the Township and also reporting it directly to Facebook.
