As the seasons shift and the days grow cooler and darker, we invite you to take a pause with us in the stillness of the woodland. 🍂 Our bodies mirror these transitions, and this retreat is designed to support your body, mind, and soul as we gently move into autumn and winter. 🌙
Set within the peaceful surrounds of The Wonder Wood, this immersive day retreat offers a nurturing space discover how your body and soul wishes to move through this seasonal shift. We'll also explore the astrological energies during this time, decoding the meaning behind Mercury Retrograde and the current movements of the stars and planets and how they will affect your astrological birth chart🧘♀️✨
You’ll be guided through a carefully curated journey including:

🍽️ We will share a special food ceremony, where our chef will explain the inspiration behind the menu — thoughtfully crafted with seasonal ingredients to deeply nourish the body. 🌿🥕

**Important information:
- This event will be part outdoor immersed in the woodland and part inside for the feast and astrological workshop. Please wear appropriate clothing, layers, warm clothes, comfortable footwear and bring waterproofs if rain is forecast.
- The food will be prepped in the chefs kitchen so we cannot guarantee the food will not be contaminated with allergens such as egg, wheat, dairy, nuts, sesame, soya. Please alert us with any allergies or dietary requirements.
