The Wonder Wood Presents: EARTH — An Immersive Woodland Retreat Day

Join us at Crockford Bridge Farm and immerse yourself in nature, nestled within a magical woodland. This is the very first event at The Wonder Wood, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

🌲 Our intention is to guide you on an immersive exploration to help you to reconnect with the element of EARTH — to ground, to root into your physical and energetic body and truly feel and experience how vital the element of Earth is within us all.

☕️ We will begin the day with a tea ceremony, inviting you to settle into the space, connect with the herbal infusion, and attune to the energy of the land surrounding us.

In small groups, you'll rotate through three immersive 60-minute experiences:

✨ Shanice will guide you through a powerful sound healing journey using gong, crystal bowls, and Tibetan bowls — all while you rest upon the Earth and breathe in the vibrations.

🌳 Alice Foley Fae will lead a somatic movement meditation, supported by the earthy tones of hand pan music from Ollie. This forest bathing-inspired session will invite you to connect deeply with the trees, the land, and to learn how to access and embody the healing energy of the Earth. Alice will also be sharing Reiki with you.

🪐 Charlotte (Miss Wonderland Astrology) will offer an astrological talk, helping you explore the Earth element within your astrological chart and understand how it influences your inner landscape.

🥬 At lunchtime, we’ll gather around a communal woodland table to share a plant-based meal lovingly prepared by Jade using vegetables grown on the farm — designed to nourish your body with the minerals of the Earth.

🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

🌈 This is a welcoming, inclusive space open to all genders, identities, and backgrounds. Come as you are and take what you need. No prior experience needed.
