Topic: ME AND MY MOTHER
We are going to:
- explore the meaning of the psychological, spiritual, cultural and even physiological connection with the mother
- investigate our prenatal and early childhood experience regarding our mothers
- share and chat in a safe space how do we connect with our mothers, what difficulties we meet on the way, what we want or don't want from this connection
- discuss DOs and DON'Ts in communication with our mothers, tips and tricks in improving it
- try out some playful yet powerful tools and excercises for connection with our inner mother
- provoke our senses and inspiration through a combination of art activities
- work for alligning body, mind and spirit
- experiment with tools for inner balance, acceptance, building trust and boosting self-confience

About your host:
Dimana Sotirova is a graduated psychologist, esoteric practitioner and multidisciplinary artist. She leads individual consulting, creative courses, and intuitive workshops, combining in her work classical, spiritual and creative tools. Her passion in life is to help people lead more proactive and fulfilling lives, currently through tarot based therapy sessions and series of events for women, inspiring conscious femininity. Her hobbies include all sorts of arts, learning weird languages, gaming, getting lost while traveling, pranking people and inventing new desserts.
