What is The Women's Self-Care Circuit? Ladies start out their adventure with the event workbook and bag. Participants not only collect top-notch samples throughout the circuit, but they also gain new life skills and knowledge from our vendors who are local professionals. The circuit is a journey through different vendor stations related to one or more of the dimensions of wellness. The vendor list varies from fitness to finances. This empowers busy women to practice living a more balanced life so they can keep showing up for themselves and the rest of the world.
Why The Women's Self-Care Circuit? Women often perform multiple roles and titles throughout their day, and they perform the many roles beautifully. The problem with doing it all is that women forget how important self-care really is. Multiple studies show that women experience burnout at a higher rate than men. The Women's Self-Care Circuit is for busy businesswomen, wives, moms, sisters, cousins, aunts, godmothers, and all the single ladies!
