🍲What should I bring: Some food/snack to share (at your possibility), cozy warm clothes, and a notebook. We will have warm beverages 🫖

More about the host:
Claudia Divon is an italian Somatic Trainer and Voice Coach with over 12 years of experience as a coach. In her life she already hosted 5 Women circles around Europe and is highly committed to continue! Her journey has been motivated by a strong wish to identify a successful method to achieve overall physical and mental health and build strong and healthy relationships.
She studied and practiced creative and expressive methods, such as singing, dancing, and theatrical performance and improved her education of Embodiment by learning massage and compelling somatic practices with international Masters: Breathwork for relaxation, Mindfulness, Reiki, Thai Qi, Qi gong, Feldenkrais and Grinberg Method. She is passionate about Nature and natural living, Creativity and Spirituality and loves helping others achieve their best life, bringing concrete tangible changes even during difficult times and also when traditional ways are not sufficient.
