Dorothy, Toto, and their friends, the Cowardly Lion, Tin Man, and Scarecrow, and a cast of 67 of Ovations musical theatre performers are transported "Over the Rainbow" to the adventures in Munchkinland, the Haunted Forest, and the Emerald City.
