The Witnessing: Rewriting 40 at the Threshold is a monthly healing circle for women 38 and up who are releasing outdated roles and stepping into a softer, more sovereign version of themselves.
Each session offers a sacred pause—an invitation to return to your body, hear your own voice, and craft a clear vision for who you're becoming in this next season of life.
Together, we’ll engage in:
🧘🏾♀️ Mindfulness + Somatic Movement + Yoga – gentle body-led practices to reconnect with intuition and presence
🌬️ Breathwork – to clear emotional blocks and open space for clarity
🌀 Personal Storytelling + Reflection – because your voice is your medicine
🎨 WombManifesto Creation – we'll supply creative materials to help you create a sacred piece that honors your past, affirms your presence and aligns with your future self.
